I’m Kaci Sage, an ordained non-denominational Wedding Officiant based in beautiful Kalispell, Montana.
It’s an honor and true joy to help couples like you mark one of life’s most meaningful moments as you join in sacred union. Whether you’re planning a quiet elopement in the park, a celebratory Big Mountain bash, or an intimate wilderness ceremony in Whitefish, I’m here to create a space where your love takes center stage—authentically, beautifully, and with heart.
I proudly serve all couples in love and believe your wedding ceremony should reflect who you are. From simple signings to fully customized celebrations with rituals, readings, and personal touches, I offer a range of ceremony options to suit your vision.
Most of my work takes place right here in the stunning Flathead Valley, but I’m happy to travel to wherever your love story takes us—just let me know what you’re dreaming up and we can discuss the details.

Ceremony Packages
The River—$150
A simple, heartfelt option for couples looking for a quick "I do" and a legal signature on their marriage certificate. The River Package is a Sidewalk Signing available within Kalispell city limits. It includes completion of your marriage certificate, the Declaration of Intent, and the Pronouncement of Marriage. You can file your Marriage Certificate or I can do it for you.
This package does not include vow exchanges or custom ceremony scripting—just a short, meaningful moment lasting about 5 minutes.
The Mountain—$395
A meaningful and personalized ceremony for couples who want something intimate and memorable. This package includes a standard ceremony lasting up to 20 minutes, with space for light customization and personal touches.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute Zoom meeting to connect and discuss your vision. You'll also receive a custom questionnaire to help shape the ceremony. After reviewing your inspiration and preferences, I’ll craft a unique script with up to 2 rounds of minor revisions.

The Glacier—$625
A fully customized experience for couples who want a ceremony that’s deeply personal, culturally significant, and thoughtfully crafted from start to finish. The Glacier Package includes everything in the Mountain Package, plus additional creative flexibility and attention to detail.
Your ceremony can incorporate cultural or spiritual rituals, family traditions, or symbolic elements that are meaningful to you. You’ll receive up to 5 full rounds of revisions to ensure every word feels right.
Perfect for couples seeking a rich, intentional ceremony experience lasting up to 30 minutes.
